Return & Refund Policy

Shopify Collective / Supplier-Fulfilled Products Many of our products are sourced from and shipped directly by independent brands and suppliers. Because of this, returns and exchanges are coordinated on a per-supplier basis. Return windows, conditions, and instructions may vary by brand. When you submit a return request, we will provide you with the applicable return instructions for your specific item.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at onesoladykk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping Return shipping labels are not provided by our store. Return shipping instructions and the return address will be communicated to you upon approval of your return request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once your return is received and confirmed by the supplier, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Final Sale Items The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue at no cost to you.
